Sthlm New in Hammarby Sjöstad is developed by the construction and development company Skanska, which has created a welcoming and attractive place for innovative companies. Here, in a former industrial port, a total of five out of eight buildings have been completed. Sustainable initiatives, new work methods, and solutions are in focus. Each building has its own character.

Sthlm 01, with its 27 floors and 102 meters in height, stands as a bold new landmark for the entire capital. Skanska has made a strong commitment to reducing CO2 emissions both in the construction process and in the management of the buildings. Several of Stockholm’s innovative companies and organisations have already moved their operations to Hammarby Sjöstad and Sthlm New.
